AirAsia India, which is a subsidiary of Air India and a part of the Tata group, has reaffirmed its dedication to ensuring a secure and enjoyable travel experience for G20 delegates. The Airline will showcase the best in-flight dining and service experience while highlighting the warmth of Indian hospitality.

Curated Gourmair Menu

AirAsia India has curated a special in-flight dining experience to give the delegates a flavour of India. Delegates will be served hot meals from the renowned Goumair menu, which includes options such as MasterChef Specials, All-Day Breakfast, Seasonal Fresh Fruit Platter, Indian snacks, and a fusion dessert crafted by MasterChef. MasterChef Specials section

AirAsia India’s MasterChef Specials section by the Indian MasterChef Kirti Bhoutika features a creative twist on the popular Kerala-style moilee curry in the form of a vegan version called the Vegan Moilee MasterCurry. This dish is made with tofu, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini and is served with raw mango and coconut rice to enhance its unique flavour.

Bengali-Italian Fusion Dessert

The in-flight menu also boasts a creative Bengali-Italian fusion dessert called Shondesh Tiramisu, which combines the flavours of espresso and dark chocolate layered with mascarpone cheese.

Quintessential Indian snacks on Shorter Flights

Additionally, on shorter flights, AirAsia India will offer classic Indian snacks like Samosas and Kachoris to its passengers.
